As part of our split system service we will check the operating pressures and temperatures, check and clean the filter if required, check the fan bearings and that the compressor is running and the fan speed on the control. You will also receive a detailed report of any recommendations to further your systems performance. If there are any issues with the system that requires replacement parts we will contact the manufactures tech support team and work with them to find the correct parts to replace then we will disconnect the power to the system replace the needed parts (while the power is off) then reconnect the unit.
